These terms apply to shopping at the MITTSWELL online store. Please read the product information and the policies linked below before placing an order.

Your order information

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Check the selected products, colors, sizes, quantities and delivery address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Product information

Review each product's description, specifications and size information when choosing your items. Product colors can appear different depending on your screen settings and lighting. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us using the instructions in our return and refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless a different currency is displayed. Check the currency and final order total at checkout before paying. The checkout summary shows the selected items, applied discounts, shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout.

Glove offer

GLOVES10 gives 10% off eligible MITTSWELL All-Weather Gloves when the order contains at least two pairs. Different glove colors and sizes can be combined. Socks, beanies and other accessories do not count toward the two-pair minimum and do not receive this glove discount. GLOVES10 cannot be combined with other discounts. If the eligible glove quantity falls below two pairs, the glove discount no longer applies. Review the discount shown in your cart and checkout before paying.

Shipping and returns

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is subject to the eligibility conditions and instructions in our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
